The 440/1000 is an economical hot air drying system for objects of various shapes. It is equipped with a true air recirculation system where the hot air is forced by a large turbo fan to spread evenly over the entire inside part of the drying tunnel. Due to the well-designed recirculation system, very little air is allowed to escape through the front and rear openings. The heating elements are divided into 3 zones with electronic temperature control for optimum energy adjustment and the rear part of the dryer is equipped with a large cooling section. Also, a variable speed motor drives the conveyor belt.

The machine is equipped with a system to extract solvents since not only hot air but solvent elimination is important in drying.
