Well known and proven it is The Universal Flame Treating machine, the DUBUIT 45 is equipped as standard with tooling to enable treatment of most kinds of object such as Cylindrical, Conical, Oval and Flat. Cylindrical and Conical bottles are rotating 6 times in front of 2 tracking burners. This, coupled with our triple row burners, ensures a very high degree of treatment, which is especially important to ensure excellent adhesion.
This Flame Treating machine can be used to treat objects for the simultaneous production of2 or 3 semi-automatic printers. Output speed up to 4,000 objects per hour. Change over achieved in a matter of minutes.

      D49 Bucket Treating machine
 

 
The DUBUIT 49 is equipped as standard with tooling to enable treatment of objects such as Pails (Cylindrical and Oval shape), Crates. Placing the object on the machine will start the cycle. The burner is lit and moves towards the object and stops when the cam roller comes in contact with the base of the object. When the treatment is finished, the burner moves backward in order to allow the removal of the treated object and to replace it by another one. Output speed up to 400 objects per hour (depending on object)

      TURBO DRYER 440/1000
 

 
The 440/1000 is an economical hot air drying system for objects of various shapes. It is equipped with a true air recycling system where the hot air is forced by a large turbo fan to spread evenly over the entire inside part of the drying tunnel. Due to the well-designed circulation system, very little air is allowed to escape through the front and rear openings. The heating elements are divided into 3 zones with electronic temperature control for optimum energy adjustment and the rear part of the dryer is equipped with a large cooling section. Also, a variable speed motor drives the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a system to extract solvents since not only hot air but solvent elimination is important in drying.

      UV DRYER 4150
 

 
The dryer 4150 is used to cure large diameter containers such as PAILS for instance. A turntable with 6 mandrels transfers the objects to the enclosed curing station. The object placed on the holder rotate in front of the lamp. The holders are adjustable to different object diameters. These UV dryers feature a precision parabolic reflector that focuses the UV rays on the object surface to ensure optimum curing using the lowest energy. The distance between the object and the reflector assembly is adjustable from the outside for easy focusing. The UV system equipped with full and half power and the variable speed of the turntable provide infinite adjustments of the drying efficiency. Output up to 700 objects per hour. An exhaust blower is used to cool UV lamp and provident ventilation as well ozone extraction.

UV DRYER 4030
 

 
The dryer 4030 is more suitable for Flat and Oval objects.
The objects are placed on the stainless steel belt conveyor and pass in straight line printed side up through the curing chamber.
UV ink on the bottles is cured in the dryer by mean of a UV lamp which generates UV rays directly to the bottle surface. An exhaust blower is used to cool UV lamp and provident ventilation as well ozone extraction.

      UV DRYER 4037
 

 
The dryer 4037 features a special parabolic reflector, which bounces the UV rays all around inside the drying tunnel so that practically any shape of object will be cured. Due to this unique reflector system, there is no need for focusing the lamp which makes the 4037 the easiest to operate. Also, objects with vast shape differences can be dried simultaneously. Objects to be cured are loaded on the stainless steel plate conveyor in front of machine. After passing through the drying tunnel, the cured objects are dropped on a belt conveyor at the left side of the machine. Output speed up to 4,000 objects per hour. The D4037 can cure the production of 2 semi-automatic machines.
An exhaust blower is used to cool UV lamp and provident ventilation as well ozone extraction.

      LEAK TESTER 740 MARK II
 

 
The 740 MARK II has been specially designed to detect very small holes (up to 0.2 mm) on any shaped containers (Bottle/Jerry cans, etc.) without complex adjustment of the machine regarding the test (pressure, timing). Possibly the most modern and easy to use leak tester in the market using pressure differential captor. Featuring universal application with capability to test small containers around 50ml up to Jerry cans of 5 liters size, electronic testing circuit fully self adjusting so that no test parameters are needed from one container size to another,
Very short testing time thanks to its unique testing method which allows an output up to 2000 containers per hour, digital readouts for amount of tested and rejected bottles.

      LEAK TESTER 740-30
 


 
Features universal application with capability to test containers from around 10 liters to 30 liters sizes. The leak tester 740-30 has been designed to detect very small holes up to 0.2 mm. electronic testing, digital meters for quantity of tested and rejected bottles. The fully electronic testing circuit has been engineered so that it will sense the smallest pressure drop inside the container during a very short testing time regardless of the test volume. Thus there is no need for adjustments of test parameters when switching over to a new container size.
